I support this idea to have a funding drive to help Aman recover his financial losses. We can never thank enough for the time and effort that was put in. Its a pain we need to share. Celebrating and saying thanks to IV is nice. But contribution is only way to say thanks. Think about it if we had to file with new filing fee, we would have paid 3 times what we paid now. Its amazing and we are fortunate to have people like Aman, logiclife and other IV core have such selfless and sacrificing nature.

I called my attorney after seeing this thread. This is what I heard from him.
We have not received it back from CIS. We have not received any of them back that we filed. CIS said it will unequivocally reject them. But as of Monday they have decided not to send some back (many were already sent back) pending some internal decision-making about how to handle them. We would let you know if anything happened.

I do think a lot of times that Hillary has a better handle of issues and she is very articulate. Billary (yes Billary) concerns me. I think it is going to be tough to be just Hillary and not Billary.She had a good answer for it last night but it is hard beleive there will be no Billary. having you tried doing system development.
something as simple as buying etfs when rsi2 is below 2 or in other words its beaten down and you are expecting a turnaround.
would like to know if playing options on such short term( 1to 5 days) would generate profitabloe results or not.
do you guys mind sharing some ideas

Filing the complaint is the easiest thing that I have done in a long time. As I had lots of written evidence so it took me close to 30 minutes to prepare the everything but normally it should take no more than 10 minutes. The DOL, Wage and Hour division, takes care of all the such complaints and the identity of the filer is kept confidential to the fullest extent provided by law.

The investigator asked me to resubmit the package which I did the next day. I received a letter from the DOL after 2 weeks saying my complaint has been received; they even assigned me a complaint number which I can use to track the progress of the complaint by calling their office. The DOL combined mine and my coworker's complaint together and assigned both of us the same complaint number; my coworker filed his complaint few days after I had filed mine.
What exactly happens to them?
Are they under a watch list?
Many employers will open up a new company and operate?
Maybe employers are ready to deal with this ????

So, in that aspect, Comprehensive/Fixed appears to NOT matter at all. These are just pricey nouns. I can't believe that K.V.Rao's insurance lying publicly that it's a not-for-profit. These ridiculous kinds, stoop to such a level of cheating people with a Indian name on it.
I'm still open for any recommendations here. I appreciate all your comments & suggestions so far.

I don't think a Mandamus can be considered until the NC has been pending for a very minimum of a year.
Saying that, in case someday you would be in a situation where you would have no more choice but file a Mandamus complaint, yes you can do it by yourself.

I am also shopping for my parent's insurance coming to US next month. I found the coverage by TATA AIG better than ICICI. The HMO plans for Kaiser is also good but expensive. United Health care does not provide insurance if the applicant doesn't have SSN.
